For your convenience, we have reserved a block of discounted rooms for our guests at the venue (Avalon Hotel & Bungalows). You have a few options to make reservations, which are detailed below. Please make sure to use our group booking code in order to receive the discounted rate.

-Before selecting dates, enter the group booking number 1695069 in the Group Code box (not Corporate/Promo Code) and click "Apply Group".
-Select your dates: 2/24/22 - 2/26/22 (2 night min stay required for Friday and Saturday; feel free to extend your stay if you choose)
-Select your room type: There are multiple room type options to best fit your needs, including a single king, double queens, 1 bedroom suites (with two bathrooms!), and 1 bedroom bungalows.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

All wedding block reservations have a 2 night minimum stay (Friday 2/24 and Saturday 2/25). If you wish, you can choose to extend your stay for Thursday night and/or Sunday night at discounted room rates as well.

Your credit card will not be charged until 3 days prior to arrival.

Discounted rooms are limited so please be sure to make your reservations quickly!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The dress code will be cocktail wedding attire. Please keep in mind it can get a bit chilly at night!

What is cocktail attire?

A balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable.

For Men:
Suit and tie

For Women:
Cocktail dress (or more formal gown if you choose)

WILL THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION BE OUTSIDE?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception dinner will take place outdoors. The weather should be in the mid-70s, but please keep in mind it can be cooler at night.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this remains an adult-only affair. Thank you for understanding!

The hotel has preferred vendors for babysitters. Please reach out to us if you are interested in these services!

WILL THERE BE PARKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Yes! Valet parking will be available at the hotel. Additional street parking can be found on Belardo Rd.

WILL THERE BE GLUTEN-FREE OR VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

Yes! The chef will be preparing a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. Please select one or more of these options when you RSVP and our chef will make you a delicious alternative meal that suits your requirements.

COVID CONCERNS?

We've done our best to have our wedding celebration be as covid-safe as possible. The ceremony and dinner reception will be held outdoors. Dancing will be indoors. French doors line one full side of the venue and we will be keeping them open to allow for fresh air and circulation. Should you prefer to remain outdoors, you will be able to do so during the entirety of the reception and still be able to enjoy the party!

We ask that you please be mindful and respectful of covid prior to traveling and gathering so we can all be as safe as possible!
